IDC Staff Instructor
The IDC Staff Instructor course trains the Master Scuba Diver Trainer to act as an assistant during Instructor-level courses and to evaluate the complete PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC).
During the course, candidates are trained in evaluating and delivering presentations of theoretical and practical exercises.
REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE IDC STAFF INSTRUCTOR COURSE

Be a PADI Instructor.

Be a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer.

Be an Emergency First Response Instructor.

Agree to conduct dive training at all levels according to the standards and philosophy outlined in the PADI Instructor Manual, PADI's Guide to Teaching, and the PADI Course Director Manual.

Agree to use the PADI System of dive training and all its components in their entirety.
